A range of in person and online courses and workshops that explore our deep connection to nature and love of our environment.

Each course is interconnected and yet independent where participants can combine their own personal pathway with a nature path to create a personalised inner nature path.

Mindful Nature Pathway Program

An 8-week experiential online journey to help you develop mindful awareness, connectedness to nature, and a more balanced way of living.

This program is a unique collaboration between mindfulness and nature practice facilitating presence, connection, and embodied awareness through relationship with the natural world. It’s primarily a personal journey of exploration that will shift our attention to a new way of living that prioritises health, interconnection and nature towards finding greater well-being and peace.

Mindful Nature Pathways is not about mastering techniques, but about cultivating relationship – with your senses, your breath, your inner landscape, and the living world around you. It offers a gentle, grounded pathway back to presence, resilience, and authenticity, inviting you to walk more consciously, compassionately, and creatively within the web of life.

Elemental Wisdom

Elemental Wisdom is an invitation to remember an ancient way of knowing – one that listens deeply to the land, honors the elements, and recognizes nature as a living teacher. This course offers a grounded yet soulful exploration of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air as pathways to personal insight, healing, and transformation.

Elemental Wisdom is not just a course – it is a remembrance. A return to relationship with the living world and with your own elemental nature, guiding you toward balance, insight, and a deeper sense of belonging within the web of life.

Week 3 Phoenix Rising – the Power of Fire

  • The power of fire to transmute and transform
  • How to work with fire and phoenix energy in nature
  • Where are you at – Burning, Ashes or Rising?
  • The 5 As – Key Phoenix themes for this time
  • Transitions and sorting your stuff- Working for your wings

Week 4 Earth wisdom – The nature of Earth

  • The science of earthing – ways to boost your immune system
  • Opening up the senses with herbs
  • Giving offerings to the earth
  • Connecting to your spirit animal
  • Fruits of the earth – opening to Cacao wisdom

Week 5 Winds of change – Air power

  • Working with the element of air
  • Using your own wind through breath, to bring change
  • Transitions before transformations – Liminal space and the in-between

Nature By Design

Nature by Design is an exploration of how nature’s intelligence can shape the spaces we live in, the choices we make, and the lives we design. This course bridges science, creativity, and ancient wisdom to help you align your environment and inner world with the natural patterns that support health, flow, and sustainability.

Nature by Design invites you to move beyond decoration or strategy and into relationship – with nature, with space, and with yourself. It is a course for those ready to design a life that works with nature, rather than against it, and to live in greater harmony with the intelligence that surrounds and lives within us.

Week 1 Biophilia and Biophilic Design

Week 2 Biomimicry – the Genius of Nature

  • Key concepts in nature: Learning from nature’s wisdom and creativity
  • Creating conditions conducive to life: The 6 life principles of biomimicry
  • The different levels, functionality and sustainability of nature
  • Nature’s Models, Mirrors, measures and mentors
  • What would a tree do? Using biomimicry to coach ourselves and others

Week 3 Designing a Harmonious life

  • Feng Shui: the art of placement
  • Natural harmonies: Creating flow and harmony in your life
  • You are where you live: Using the Bagua for healthier living
  • Negative spaces and cures: making conscious choices
  • Space clearing: clearing and enhancing for more energy

Week 4 Signposts, Symbols and Shapes

  • Nature’s principles of harmony

Week 5 Permaculture and Perma-coaching

  • Thinking like an Ecosystem: The principles of permaculture

  • Pathways to sustainability: From permaculture to perma-coaching
  • Our internal landscape: Zoning and sectoring our life
  • Composting the old to create new life

Coaching with trees

Coaching with Trees is a deeply immersive exploration into the wisdom of trees and forests, inviting you into a living relationship with these beings as both teacher and guide. Rooted in mindfulness, ecological awareness, and intuitive connection, it offers a pathway into presence, where learning unfolds not through instruction or techniques alone, but through direct experience, listening, and embodied practice.

As you explore how trees live, communicate, and support one another, you’ll uncover insights into your own patterns of growth, resilience, and belonging. Connecting with trees as living beings, with the forest as a collective intelligence, and with your own inner landscape.  you will begin to rediscover a way of being that is slower, more attuned, and deeply interconnected.

 

Week 1. Coaching with Trees – Foundations of Relationship and Presence

Entering into awareness, listening, and the language of trees as teachers

  • Trees as mentors: metaphors and models for coaching
  • How trees live and communicate: interconnection and ecological intelligence
  • The practice of deep listening: being with the heartbeat of trees
  • Somatic grounding: “rooting” and “branching” practices
  • Nature journaling & reflection: mapping inner experience

 

Week 2. Connecting with Your Tree — Personal Relationship & Inner Landscape

Developing a meaningful, ongoing relationship with a tree as a mirror and guide

  • Meeting your tree: intuitive selection and building a relationship
  • The meaning of your tree: symbolism, personal resonance, and reflective inquiry
  • Connecting with the “mother tree”: nourishment, belonging, and unseen connections
  • Seasonal awareness: how your tree changes, and your own cycles
  • Personal ritual & practice: creating simple, repeatable ways to connect

Week 3. Connecting with the Forest — Community, Systems & Shared Wisdom

Expanding from the individual to the collective intelligence of the forest

  • The forest as a living community: the 4Cs
  • The language of the forest: sensing, pattern, rhythm, and relationship
  • Forest bathing & embodied presence
  • What trees teach us about community living and climate awareness
  • Group connection: shared reflection, holding space, and the collective field

Week 4. Embodied flourishing — integrating and Sharing the Practice

Bringing the learning into coaching, daily life, and ongoing relationship

  • Daily dosing with trees: working one-to-one with the presence and energy of trees
  • Facilitating group experiences: walking, sensing, and guiding others in woodland spaces
  • Translating insight into everyday life and practices for resilience
  • Working with change: seasons, transitions, and “composting” life experiences
  • Integration & continuity: roots, fruits and flowers

Mindful Nature Kids Program

A 30-week course for teachers to teach children from grades 1-6 exploring mindfulness and the environment. The curriculum covers the key elements of mindfulness, awakening the senses, animals and insects, relationships in nature, neuroscience and functions of the brain, ocean life, climate awareness, arctic circle, kindness and happiness.
